Prize draw contest rules

Entrants may submit only one ballot per individual.
To be eligible, ballots must include the name, address, phone number and email of the entrant.
No skill testing question or any other quiz or aptitude test is required to win one of the over 80 prizes.
It is not necessary for the winner to be present at the draw.
Entries for the draw end on August 3, 2018 and the winner will be selected by Wellbeing Waterloo Region during August 2018. The winner will be notified as soon as possible.
One of over 80 prizes will be awarded, each with a value ranging from $7.00 to $160.00 (e.g., golf passes, Region of Waterloo Family Passes, BIA Bucks). The prizes may not be exchanged for any other goods or cash.
No purchase necessary.
Entrants must be 16 years or older.
