Produced by All Fair Games, Inc., a Canadian company, this game was donated to the Museum in 1982. It has Patent Number 749-59 and was available to the public long before it was donated.

The box is 30.5cm long x 37.6cm wide x 3cm high. The drawings on the box suggests the nature of the game - a crossword game. pictured also are aspects of the components of the game.

Lingo board

Inside of the box is a cardboard game board that is 36.8cm long x 29.5cm wide, divided into a matrix of 15X15 cells. Instructions for playing and scoring are printed on each end of the board. Red, yellow, and blue cells have more scoring value than the green cells.

Also some cells include the letters from the name of the game, and these cells also have additional playing implications.

Other equipment for use in the game include four wooden racks angled with a ledge on front of each to support the letter tiles. Each rack is 1.8cm wide x 15cm long x 1.5cm high. These racks are used by the players to hold their letter tiles during play of the game.

The game includes 110 1.8cm square cardboard letter tiles imprinted with letters only on one side.

The game is for 2 to 4 players. Play is by each player alternately placing letters on the board in crossword fashion. Points are awarded for placing a letter and making a word.
