The photograph on the left is of a cardboard match box 5cm long x 3,5cm wide x 1.5cm high.
The outer box is a sleeve. The inner box has a white bottom along which are glued a series of green cardboard ridges. The inner box is covered with a clear see through plastic.
In the inner box are 10 ball bearings - five small ones and five larger ones as call be seen in the photograph below.
The intent of the player is to manipulate the inner box so the balls line up on the ridge. The player can determine different patterns for lining up the balls, i.e. - large, small; two small, two large, etc.
