The colorful children's card game pictured on the left was donated to the Museum in 1980.
It was manufactured in Hong Kong.
It's a game for 2 players, based upon an old nursery rhyme.
The flap-top box on the right of the photograph is 8cm long x 5.5cm wide x 1.4cm thick.
There are 36 cards in the deck, each card is 6.6cm long x 5cm wide.
Along with a colorful sketch, the name of each character in a nursery rhyme is printed in blue on the bottom of the face of each card, i.e. - Little Jack Horner, Hi-Diddle-Diddle, Little Miss Muffet, Jack & Jill, Old Mother Hubbard, Little Bo-Peep, Tom Tom The Pipper's Son, and many more.
The backs are plain. Instructions for playing the game are included in the box.
