Dr. Linda Lee, MD, MClSc(FM), CCFP, FCFP	Dr. Linda Lee is a practicing family physician and Director of the Centre for Family Medicine Memory Clinic. She has academic affiliations with the Departments of Family Medicine at McMaster University, the University of Western Ontario, and Queen's University, as well as with the University of Waterloo School of Pharmacy.
